AN ACT to amend the Nurses Registration Act,

1921-1948.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Nurses Registra- tion Act Amendment Act, 1951, and shall be read as

This Act shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.

Subsection (5b) of section five of the principal Act is amended by

substituting for the words, "e i g h t e en

(a) months" in lines four and five, the words,

"two years";

substituting for the word, "nine" in line

(b) sixteen, the word, "twelve".
