AN ACT to amend section five of the Nurses Regis-

tration Act, 19214937.

[Assented to 16th December, 1939.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of -Western Australia, in tins present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    Tins Act may be cited as the Nurses Registration Short title.

Act Amendment Act, 1939, and shall be read as one with the Nurses Registration Act, 1921-1937 (No. 7 of 1922 as amended by the Acts No. 25 of 1922 and No. 14 of 1937), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section five of the principal Act is amended by Amendment

deleting the words "certified as having had not less than the iirin e°ifoa	three years' " in lines two and three of subsection (3) Mt.
and inserting in lieu thereof the words "certified as hav- ing completed the prescribed course of"; and by insert- ing after the word "training" in line three of the same subsection the words "as prescribed by the Board."
