NURSES REGISTRATION ACT 1953—REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council. on the recommendation of the Nurses Registration Board, and in pursuance of the Nurses Registration Act 1953, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Amendments to commence on 1 January 1991

1. (1) This clause commences on 1 January 1991.

(2) The Nurses Registration Regulations are amended:

(a) by omitting from Regulation 33 (c) the matter "42" and by

inserting instead the matter "45";

(b) by omitting from Regulation 33 (d) and (h) the matter "22"

wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter "24";

(c) by omitting from Regulation 33 (g) and (t) the matter "32"

wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter "34".

Amendments to commence on 1 February 1991

2. (1) This clause commences on 1 February 1991.

(2) The Nurses Registration Regulations are further amended:

(a) by omitting from Regulation 33 (e) the matter "32" and by

inserting instead the matter "34";

(b) by omitting from Regulation 33 (i) the matter "30" and by

inserting instead the matter "34".

Amendments to commence on 1 March 1991

3. (1) This clause commences on 1 March 1991.

(2) The Nurses Registration Regulations are further amended by

omitting from Regulation 33 (b) the matter "32" and by inserting instead

the matter "34".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to increase (from 1 January 1991 onwards) certain of the fees payable under the Nurses Registration Act 1953 The fees that are being increased include nurses' registration fees, nurses' enrolment fees and nurses' practising fees.
