Nurses and Masseurs Registration Acts Amendment Act of 1940 (4 Geo VI No. 20)
MEDICAL. 4 GEO. VI. No. 20,1940. Nur8M and Ma88eur8 Regi8tration, Etc., Act. be specified in such Proclamation, and thereafter such paragraphs shall (subject to the modifications, if any, specified in such Proclamation) again come, and be deemed to come, into operation. Any such modification may be general or may refer to a particular class of applicants for registration as medical practitioners or to a class of such applicants who possess particular qualifications. (c) When the ,said paragraphs (c) and (d) of subsection one and subsections two, three, and four again come into operation (and whether with or without modification) no provision thereof shall apply or be deemed to apply to or with respect to any person who was registered as a medical practitioner during the period for which same were not in operation, but every provision of this Act other than the said paragraphs and subsections shall apply and be deemed to apply at all times to and with respect to any such person." 17961 An Act to Amend "The Nurses and Masseurs 4 GEO. B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Nurses and Short title Masseurs Registration Acts Amendment Act of 1940," and c<?n- and shall be read as one with *" The Nurses and Masseurs structlon. Registration Acts, 1928 to 1938," herein referred to as the Principal Act.
