NURSES AMENDMENT RULES 1997

Made by the Nurses Board of Western Australia with the approval of the

Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These rules may be cited as the Nurses Amendment Rules 1997.

Principal rules

2.     In these rules the Nurses Rules 1993* are referred to as the principal

rules.

Rule 13 (1) (b) amended

3.     Rule 13 (1) (b) of the principal rules is amended by deleting

"1 November" and substituting the following —

" 1 October ".

Schedule 2 amended

4.      (1) Item 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal rules is amended by deleting

"$70" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each place the	following —
" $71 ".
"$52" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each place the (2) Item 3 of Schedule 2 to the principal rules is amended by deleting
following — " $53 ".
"$70" and substituting the following — (3) Item 4 of Schedule 2 to the principal rules is amended by deleting
