I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Nurses Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 March 1992 as the day on which that Act, except Part 1, section 81 and Schedule 3, commences.
