Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the fee payable for an application for practitioners) and section 78 (the general regulation-making power).

Regulation 1999

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Nurses (General) Amendment (Nurse

Practitioners) Regulation 1999.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on the date of commencement of the
Nurses Amendment (Nurse Practitioners) Act 1998.

3 Amendment of Nurses (General) Regulation 1997

Clause 13 of the Nurses (General) Regulation 1997 is amended by inserting before the matter relating to section 20 the following:
