These Regulations are the Nuclear Non‑Proliferation (Safeguards) Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Nuclear Non‑Proliferation (Safeguards) Regulations 1987
