Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Regulations 1987

Schedule 1 amends the Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Regulations 1987.
