These Regulations are the Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3Amendment of Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Regulations 1987
