Name of regulation

This regulation is the Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

Amendment of Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Regulations 1987

Schedule 1 amends the Nuclear Non-Proliferation (Safeguards) Regulations1987.
