by law, and it is exp~dient to obviate the inconvenience thus oc- casioned-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Rouse of Assembly of the s ~ i d province in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

'' Chattel securities" shall mean all warrants of attorney, cognovits, assignments, bills of sale, mortgages of sheep, cattle, or horses, and preferable liens on wool which, after this Act shall come into operation, shall be given or executed b j any party thereto in the Northern Territory:
