and certain Ihxties: under the Marine Board Acts should not be imposed within that portion of South Australia, known as the Northern Territory-Be it therefore enacted by the Governor of thc yrovince of South -inrstrczlin, with the advice and consent of the Lc@sl;~tivc Council smd House of Asscnibly of the said Province, in this prcscnt Parliament assembled, as follows:
l. After the passing of this Act, no duties of Customs shall be |
imposed, levied, or collected within that portion of the said Province | |
annexed thereto |
portion of | thc said Provincc lying south of the twcnty-sixth praUel |
of south latitude, shall be chargeable with the same Customs duties
as woulcl be chargeable thereon if the same had been imported or brought from a foreign port: Provided that the Governor may, by Proclamatioii published in the

I. Natural products of the soil actually raised or grown in the
said Territory:
