NSW Central West Division of General Practice Enterprise Agreement 2011.
[1] NSW Central West Division of General Practice Ltd (“the applicant”) has filed an application for the approval of a single-enterprise agreement titled the NSW Central West Division of General Practice Enterprise Agreement 2011 (“the Agreement”). Following exchanges of correspondence between my office and the applicant’s representative concerning a number of preliminary issues, the application was listed on 30 May 2011. The preliminary issues, as well as a number of other issues, were canvassed on 30 May 2011 and the proceedings were adjourned on the applicant’s request for further consideration of matters arising.
[2] The applicant has today filed a notice of discontinuance. In the circumstances, the proceedings are now concluded.
