AN ACT to amend the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950-1958.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1958.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Noxious and citation.

Weeds Act Amendment Act (No. 3), 1958.

(2) In this Act the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950-1958,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950-1958.

amended. 2. Subsection (1) of section forty-nine of the principal Act is amended by adding after paragraph (p) a paragraph as follows

(q) prohibiting or regulating the use of any particular chemicals or spray in or for the control or destruction of noxious or other weeds whether by means of aircraft or otherwise, at any time, or during particular periods or in relation to any specified area or boundary.
