AN ACT to amend the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950-1957.

[Assented to 29th September, 1958.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Noxious asnyctimeon.

Weeds Act Amendment Act, 1958.

(2) In this Act the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950-1957,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950-1958.

amended. 2. Section twenty-five of the principal Act is

amended

(a)	by adding after the word, "Board" in line one of subsection (1), the passage, "or, subject to the provisions of the local govern- ment Act under which it is constituted, a local authority";
(b)	by adding after the word, "Board" in line three of subsection (1), the words, "or local authority"; and
(c)	by adding after the word, "Board" in line two of subsection (2), the passage, "or, subject to the provisions of the local govern- ment Act under which it is constituted, a local authority".
