Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 50 ————— Rental Bond Act 1989 Notification EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LODGEMENT OF RENTAL BONDS Department of Housing and Local Government Brisbane, 29th January, 1991 Pursuant to section 20 of the RentalBondAct1989 (“the Act”) it is notified as follows:- 1. I hereby revoke the notification made under the Act on 1 December 1989 and published in the Gazette on 2 December 1989 at page 2468. 2. I hereby extend the time within which an Agent must deposit an amount of rental bond with the Authority under section 19 of the Act, to 14 days from the last day of the calendar month in which the rental bond is received by the Agent. 3. In this Notification, “Agent” means— (a) a Real estate agent; and (b) a Real estate salesman; within the meaning of those terms under the AuctioneersandAgents Act 1971-1990. T. J.
