under the
Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991
This Notice revokes and replaces a previous notice under the Land Acquisition (Just Terms
Compensation) Act 1991 (2018-364) published on LW 29 June 2018.
Pursuant to Schedule 1A of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991, I notify the following amounts as the maximum amount of compensation in respect to disadvantage resulting from relocation:
| • | $76,794 for acquisitions of land on or after 1 July 2017. |
| • | $78,381 for acquisitions of land on or after 1 July 2018. |
