NOTICE SPECIFYING JET AIRCRAFT PERMITTED TO TAKE-OFF OR LAND DURING A CURFEW PERIOD

I, WARREN ERROL TRUSS, Minister for Transport and Regional Services:

1. REVOKE all prior notices made under subsection 15(2) of the Sydney Airport Curfew Act 1995 (the Act), and

1. Pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the Act, specify the types of jet aircraft listed in the Schedule to this instrument for the purposes of subsection 15(1) of the Act.
