NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF CUSTOMS BY-LAWS

REVOCATION NO. 1 (2005)

I, PHILLIP GREGORY BURNS, under section 271 of the Customs Act 1901

and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the by-laws

published in the Gazettes, and made for the purposes of the item of Schedule 4

to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 specified in the Table below.
