Notice of Final Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has
made a final determination to list the following species as a critically endangered species under
that Act and, accordingly, Part 1 of Schedule 1A to that Act is amended by inserting the following

in alphabetical order in the matter relating to Rutaceae under the heading Plants:

Phebalium speciosum I. Telford

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
