Notice of Final Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a final determination to insert the following ecological community as a critically endangered ecological community under that Act and, accordingly, Schedule 1A to that Act is amended by inserting the following in Part 2 in alphabetical order:

Windswept Feldmark in the Australian Alps Bioregion (as described in the final determination of the Scientific Committee to list the ecological community)

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
