Notice of Final Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a final determination to insert the following species as a critically endangered species under that Act and, accordingly, Schedule 1A to that Act is amended by inserting the following in Part 1 in alphabetical order in the matter relating to Fabaceae under the heading “Plants”:

* Glycine latrobeana (Meisn.) Benth.

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
