Notice of Final Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a final determination to insert Pterostylis chaetophora M.A. Clem. & D.L. Jones as a vulnerable species under that Act and, accordingly, Schedule 2 to that Act is amended by inserting in alphabetical order the following in Part 1 under the heading “Orchidaceae” (under the heading “Plants”):

Pterostylis chaetophora M.A. Clem. & D.L. Jones

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
