Notice of Final Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a final determination to insert the species referred to in paragraph (a) as critically endangered species under that Act, and, as a consequence, to omit references to those species as endangered species and, accordingly:

(a) Schedule 1A to that Act is amended by inserting in Part 1 in alphabetical order (under the heading “Plants”):

Rutaceae

* Zieria adenophora Blakely * Zieria buxijugum J.D. Briggs & J.A. Armstr. * Zieria formosa J.D. Briggs & J.A. Armstr. * Zieria parrisiae J.D. Briggs & J.A. Armstr.
(b)	Schedule 1 to that Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit from Part 1 under the heading “Rutaceae” (under the heading “Plants”):

* Zieria adenophora Blakely

(ii)  Omit from Part 1 under the heading “Rutaceae” (under the heading “Plants”):

*  Zieria buxijugum J. D. Briggs & J. A. Armstrong
