Notice of Final Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a final determination to insert the species referred to in paragraph (a) as critically endangered species under that Act, and, as a consequence, to omit references to those species (other than the Red-tailed Black-Cockatoo) as endangered species and, accordingly:

(a) Schedule 1A to that Act is amended by inserting in Part 1 before the heading “Psittacidae” (under the heading “Birds”):

Accipitridae
