Notice of Final Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a final determination to omit reference to the following species as a vulnerable species under that Act and, accordingly, Schedule 2 to that Act is amended by omitting from under the heading “Poaceae” (under the heading “Plants”):

* Bothriochloa biloba S.T. Blake
