Notice of determination under

Insurance Premiums Order

(January-June) 2007

under the

Workers Compensation Act 1987

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 of Schedule 5 (Experience premium) and clause 1 (1) of Schedule 6 (Old experience premium formula) to the Insurance Premiums Order (January–June) 2007, have determined:

(a)	ICCR2 in a formula in clause 1 of Schedule 5 to that Order to be the Industry Claims Cost Rate specified in Column 3 of the Table to this Notice for a class applicable to the employer concerned appearing in Column 1 of the Table opposite that rate, and
(b)	F112, F113 and F114 in clause 1 (1) of Schedule 6 to that Order to be 5.86, 4.00 and 3.90 respectively.
