Notice of determination under

Insurance Premiums Order

(January–June) 2006

under the

Workers Compensation Act 1987

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 6 (Old experience premium formula) to the Insurance Premiums Order (January–June) 2006 made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No 155 of 14 December 2005 at page 10415, has determined F102, F103 and F104 in the formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule as 6.24, 4.38 and 4.33 respectively.
