Notice of determination under

Insurance Premiums Order 2004–2005

under the

Workers Compensation Act 1987

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience premium) to the Insurance Premiums Order 2004–2005 made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No 102 of 24 June 2004 at page 3838, has determined F97, F98 and F99 in the formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule as 6.23, 3.91 and 3.83 respectively.
