Notice of determination under

Insurance Premiums Order 2003–2004

under the

Workers Compensation Act 1987

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience premium) to the Insurance Premiums Order 2003–2004 made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No 96 of 12 June 2003 at page 5113, has determined F92, F93 and F94 in the formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule as 4.95, 3.45 and 3.93 respectively.
