Notice of determination under

Insurance Premiums Order 2002–2003

under the

Workers Compensation Act 1987

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the WorkCover Authority and in pursuance of clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 (Experience premium) to the Insurance Premiums Order 2002–2003 made under section 168 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and published in Gazette No 97 of 14 June 2002 at page 3700, has determined F87, F88 and F89 in the formula in clause 1 (1) (b) of that Schedule as 4.7, 3.0 and 2.8 respectively.
