Notice of Determination for Provisional

Listing on an Emergency Basis

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has
made a determination for provisional listing, on an emergency basis, of the following species as
an endangered species under that Act, and, accordingly, Schedule 1 to that Act is taken to have
been amended by inserting in Part 1 in alphabetical order in the matter relating to Myobatrachidae

(under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Amphibians):

Uperoleia mahonyi Clulow, Anstis, Keogh & Catullo, 2016 Mahony’s Toadlet

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
