Notice of Determination for Provisional

Listing on an Emergency Basis

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a determination for provisional listing, on an emergency basis, of the following species as a critically endangered species under that Act, and, accordingly, Schedule 1A to that Act is taken to have been amended by inserting in Part 1 in alphabetical order in the matter relating to Proteaceae under the heading “Plants”:

Banksia vincentia M.L. Stimpson & P.H. Weston

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
