Notice of Determination for Provisional

Listing on an Emergency Basis

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a determination for provisional listing, on an emergency basis, of the species Myriophyllum implicatum Orchard as a critically endangered species under that Act, and, as a consequence, Schedule 1A to that Act is taken to have been amended by inserting in Part 1 in alphabetical order (under the heading “Plants”):

Haloragaceae

Myriophyllum implicatum Orchard

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
