Notice of Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has
made a determination to amend the descriptions of the species referred to below pursuant to

section 36A of that Act and, accordingly, that Act is amended as follows:

(a)	by omitting “Cassia brewsteri var. marksiana Bailey” from the matter relating to Fabaceae under the heading Plants in Part 1 of Schedule 1 and inserting instead “Cassia marksiana (F.M. Bailey) Domin”,
(b)	by omitting “Philotheca myoporoides subsp. obovatifolia M.J. Bayly” from the matter
relating to Rutaceae under the heading Plants in Part 1 of Schedule 1 and inserting instead “Philotheca obovatifolia (Bayly) P.I. Forst.”.

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
