Notice of Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has
made a determination to amend the descriptions of the species referred to below (or classified under the subheadings referred to below) pursuant to section 36A of that Act and, accordingly, that Act is amended as follows:

(a)	by omitting “Gingidia montana (Forster & Forster f.) J. Wyndham Dawson” from the
matter relating to Apiaceae under the heading Plants in Part 1 of Schedule 1 and inserting instead “Gingidia rupicola I. Telford & J.J. Bruhl”,
(b)	by omitting “Quassia sp. Mooney Creek (J. King s.n., 1949)” from the matter relating to
Simaroubaceae under the heading Plants in Part 1 of Schedule 1 and inserting instead “Quassia sp. Moonee Creek (King s.n., 1949)”,
(c)	by omitting “Cyclopsitta diopthalma coxeni” from the matter relating to Psittacidae under
the heading Birds in Part 1 of Schedule 1A and inserting instead “Cyclopsitta diophthalma coxeni”,
(d)	by omitting the subheading “Boidae” from under the heading Reptiles in Part 1 of Schedule 2 and inserting instead “Pythonidae”,
(e)	by omitting the subheading “Halycyonidae” from under the heading Birds in Part 1 of Schedule 2 and inserting instead “Alcedinidae”,
(f)	by omitting “* Pterostylis cucullata R. Br.” from the matter relating to Orchidaceae under
the heading Plants in Part 1 of Schedule 2 and inserting in alphabetical order “* Pterostylis riparia D.L. Jones”.

This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
