Notice of Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 (the Act) has made a determination to amend the descriptions of certain species referred to in paragraphs (a)–(d) below pursuant to section 36A (1) (b) of the Act (being amendments that are necessary or desirable to correct minor errors).

(a)	Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from the matter relating to Agamidae (under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Reptiles):

Ctenophorus decresii (Duméril and Bibron) 1837

* Tympanocryptis pinguicolla (Mitchell, 1948)

Insert instead:

Ctenophorus decresii (Duméril & Bibron, 1837)

* Tympanocryptis pinguicolla Mitchell, 1948

(ii)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Gekkonidae (under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Reptiles):

* Diplodactylus conspicillatus Lucas and Frost (1897)
Oedura rhombifer Gray, 1845

Insert instead:

(iv)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Anatidae (under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Birds):

Insert instead:

(v)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Procellariidae (under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Birds):

(b)	Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from the matter relating to Casuariidae (under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Birds):

Insert instead:

(ii)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Orchidaceae (under the heading Plants):

(c)	Part 1 of Schedule 1A to the Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from the matter relating to Accipitridae (under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Birds):

Insert instead:

* Erythrotriorchis radiatus (Latham, 1801)

(ii)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Pachycephalidae (under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Birds):

* Pachycephala rufogularis (Gould, 1841)

Insert instead:

*  Pachycephala rufogularis Gould, 1841

(d)	Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from the matter relating to Hylidae (under the headings Animals, Vertebrates and Amphibians):
