Notice of Determination

under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 (the Act) has made a determination to amend or omit the descriptions of certain species referred to in paragraphs (a)–(d) below pursuant to section 36A (1) (b) of the Act (being amendments or omissions that are necessary or desirable to correct any minor error or omission).

(a)	Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from under the heading “Orchidaceae” (under the heading “Plants”):

* Phaius tankarvilleae (Banks ex L’Her.) Blume

Insert instead:

(b)	Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from under the heading “Myobatrachidae” (under the headings “Animals”, “Vertebrates” and “Amphibians”):

Adelotus brevis (Günther, 1863) Tusked Frog population in the
Nandewar and New England
Tablelands Bioregions

Insert instead:

Adelotus brevis (Günther, 1863) Tusked Frog population in the
Nandewar and New England
Tableland Bioregions

(ii)      Omit the following from under the heading “Cacatuidae” (under the headings “Animals”, “Vertebrates” and “Birds”):

Callocephalon fimbriatum	Gang-gang Cockatoo population
(Grant)	in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai Local Government Areas

Insert instead:

Callocephalon fimbriatum	Gang-gang Cockatoo population

(iii)      Omit the following from under the heading “Petauridae” (under the headings “Animals”, “Vertebrates” and “Mammals”):

(iv)      Omit the following from under the heading “Sterculiaceae” (under the heading “Plants”):

Insert instead:

Keraudrenia corollata var.	Keraudrenia corollata var.
denticulata C. T. White	denticulata in the Hawkesbury local government area

(c)	Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from under the heading “Hylidae” (under the headings “Animals”, “Vertebrates” and “Amphibians”):

*	Litoria littlejohni A. W. White,	Littlejohn’s Tree Frog
Whitford and Mahony (1994)

Insert instead:

(iii)      Omit the following from under the heading “Asteraceae” (under the heading “Plants”):

* Brachycome papillosa G. Davis

Insert instead:

*  Brachyscome papillosa G. L. R. Davis

(d) Schedule 3 to the Act is amended by omitting “Predation by the European Red Fox Vulpes Vulpes (Linnaeus, 1758)” and by inserting instead “Predation by the European Red Fox Vulpes vulpes (Linnaeus, 1758)”.
