NOTICE DECLARING THE MINIMUM AGE FOR THE ISSUE OF A CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY

The Australian Communications Authority (ACA) under section 9 of the Australian Communications Authority Act 1997 and under subsection 122 (2) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992 (‘the Act’), revokes the notice titled ‘Notice Declaring Minimum Age’ gazetted on the 25 August 1999 and declares that the minimum age for the purposes of section 122 of the Act in relation to the class of certificate specified in an item in column 2 of the Schedule is the age specified in Column 3 of the item.
