REVIEW OF CLASSIFICATION AS STATE CONSERVATION AREA

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 13 NATIONAL PARK ESTATE (SOUTH-WESTERN

CYPRESS RESERVATIONS) ACT 2010

I, Lisa Corbyn, by this notice amend the particulars of the reservation described in as follows:

Schedule 4 item 1 of the National Park Estate (South-Western Cypress

delete the name “Goulburn River State Conservation Area” and

insert instead the name “Goulburn River National Park”.

The land described in Schedule 4 item 1 of the Act is taken to be reserved as national park on and from 1 January 2012.

The reservation of the land the subject of this notice continues to be restricted to a depth of 100 metres below the surface of the land.

This notice is published pursuant to section 13 of the Act.
