By-laws under the Charles Darwin University Act

1Citation

These By-laws may be cited as the Northern Territory University (Degrees and Other Awards) By-laws.

2Rules

The Council may make rules specifying the degrees and other awards that may be granted or conferred by the Council.

3Repeal

The Northern Territory University (Degrees and Other Awards) By-laws, as amended and in force immediately before the commencement of these By-laws, are repealed.
