REGULATIONS UNDER THE NORTHERN TERRITORY
(SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1978

AMENDMENT OF THE NORTHERN TERRITORY
(SELF-GOVERNMENT) REGULATIONS
These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 June 1980.
2 Matters in respect of which Ministers of the Territory have executive authority Regulation 4 of the Northern Territory (Self-Government) Regulations is amended by inserting after “Land use, planning and development” in sub-regulation (1) “Civil aviation within the Territory”.
