I, MALCOLM THOMAS BROUGH, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, make this Declaration under subsection 4(3) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007.

1              Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Northern Territory National Emergency Response (Town Camps) Declaration 2007 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Town camps

For paragraph 4(2)(d) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007, each town camp mentioned in Schedule 1 is a prescribed area.
