1              Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Northern Territory National Emergency Response (Other Areas) Declaration 2008 (No. 4).

2              Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Prescribed area

For the purposes of paragraph 4(4)(b) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007, the area described in Schedule 1 to this Declaration is a prescribed area.
