I, Jenny Macklin, Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, make this Declaration under paragraph 4(4)(a) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007.

1              Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Northern Territory National Emergency Response (Other Areas) Declaration 2008 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

This Declaration commences on 25 April 2008.

3              Cessation

   This Declaration ceases on 3 May 2008.

4              Prescribed area

For paragraph 4(4)(a) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007, each of the areas described in Schedule 1 to this Declaration  are not a  prescribed area.

And then to the point 130 40 9.37E and 13 42 38.79S;

And then to the point 130 40 9.33E and 13 42 39.05S.

Pontoon

The area bounded by the following points 130 40 9.85E and 13 42 50.28S;

And then to the point 130 40 9.35E and 13 42 50.78S;

And then to the point 130 40 11.2E and 13 42 52.54S;

And then to the point 130 40 11.65E and 13 42 52S;

And then to the point 130 40 11.36E and 13 42 51.7S;

And then to the point 130 40 12.91E and 13 42 51.15S;

And then to the point 130 40 12.63E and 13 42 50.52S;
