1 Name of Declaration
This Declaration is the Northern Territory National Emergency Response (Other Areas) Declaration 2007 (No. 3).
2 Commencement
This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Town camps
For paragraph 4(4)(a) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007, each area mentioned in Schedule 1 is not a prescribed area.

All that piece of land within Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park in the Northern Territory of Australia bounded by a line, and marked for most of its length by a fence, commencing at:
25 degrees 19 minutes 32.8 seconds south and 130 degrees 59 minutes 50.2 seconds east, thence in an approximately ESE direction to;
25 degrees 19 minutes 33.5 seconds south and 130 degrees 59 minutes 53.2 seconds east, thence in an approximately SSW direction to;
25 degrees 19 minutes 37.4 seconds south and 130 degrees 59 minutes 51.9 seconds east, thence in an approximately SE direction to;
25 degrees 19 minutes 41.6 seconds south and 130 degrees 59 minutes 57.9 seconds east, thence in an approximately SW direction to;
25 degrees 19 minutes 43.0 seconds south and 130 degrees 59 minutes 55.3 seconds east, thence in an approximately SSE direction to;
25 degrees 19 minutes 48.8 seconds south and 130 degrees 59 minutes 57.2 seconds east, thence in an approximately W direction to;
25 degrees 19 minutes 48.8 seconds south and 130 degrees 59 minutes 56.4 seconds east, thence in an approximately ESE direction to;
25 degrees 19 minutes 37.3 seconds south and 130 degrees 59 minutes 48.8 seconds east, thence in an approximately NNE direction to the point of commencement.
