Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007

I, MALCOLM THOMAS BROUGH, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs make this Instrument under subsection 123(1) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007 (the Act) and under that provision specify the place known as Finke or Apatula as a place for the purposes of subparagraph 92(1)(b)(ii) of the Act.

This Instrument commences on the day after its registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
