REGULATIONS UNDER THE NORTHERN TERRITORY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1910-1962.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following regulations under the Northern Territory (Administration) Act 1910-1962.

Amendments of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations. 

Fees of elected and non-official members.

1.Regulation 5 of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “Five hundred pounds” and inserting in their stead the words “Nine hundred pounds”.

Application of amendment.

2. The amendment made by the last preceding regulation applies to and in relation to the year that commenced on the first day of January, 1964, and to all subsequent years.
