An Act to amend the " Northern Territory Customs Act,

HEREAS it is desirable to amend the "Northern Territory Pmmble.

W it Enacted by thc Governor of the Province of South Australia, with Customs Act, 1882," in manner hereinafter appearing-&

Incorpsration. 3. Except so far as inconsistent therewith this Act shall be

incorporated and read as one with The Customs Act, 1864," and
